I am a licensed Realtor, Associate Real Estate Broker and SFR, which is an acronym for Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and I am affiliated with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. I am a Team Member of the Karpenko/Parkhurst Team, along with Mary-Jo Karpenko and Dana Vosburgh. I became licensed in 1990, and I have been a full-time Real Estate Professional since then. My experience, knowledge, understanding, and passion for the market should be of value to you, and I strive to make the Buying and Selling process as smooth, worry-free, and informative as possible for you.
